Tuscola County – MediLodge of Cass City, provider of long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation solutions recently hired three individuals eligible for On-The-Job Training. All three were hired as nursing assistants/hospitality aides and quickly moved into CNA training once interest and appropriate qualifying factors were determined and met. MediLodge went a step further, inviting Dorsey Schools on site to provide the training! New hire Marcia Barnes (pictured holding the check) was able to take CNA training through Dorsey Schools and move into her present graduated role!
