RESEA Orientation Impact

Rodolfo was one of our customers referred to participate in the Re-employment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) program as a temporary worker. For the past two years, he has been selected to attend RESEA orientation, where he was informed about our services, including job search assistance and the opportunity to continue his education, which would open doors to a better future.

This year, upon attending the RESEA session, Rodolfo decided to take advantage of the opportunity to build his skills. He decided that when he returned to work in the spring season, he would present his commercial driver’s license, making his employer proud and potentially earning a better salary.

Rodolfo completed CDL-A training and felt confident that he could perform well. He shared this news with his employer, but unfortunately, he did not receive the expected response.  Disappointed, Rodolfo decided to seek new opportunities. Within less than a month, he received a new job offer for a full-time position with a competitive salary. This brought him great joy since he would earn twice as much as he had over the last ten years, and the new company was very close to home.
