Investing in Workforce Development Through the Going PRO Talent Fund

TGI Direct was awarded $18,000 through the FY25 Going PRO Talent Fund to support the training and development of its workforce. Through this investment, the company was able to utilize $10,000 to provide on-the-job training for five (5) new hires, equipping these new employees with the skills needed to succeed.  This also allows them to contribute to the company’s continued growth within Genesee County.
