Deandre Bates was struggling to find work after being let go from his Auto Zone position. He wanted to forge a new career path. It was suggested that he apply with Soteria Home Health Care. GST Michigan Works! Business Services Professional shared his resume with their contact at Soteria, Deandre went through the interview process and was hired as a Home Health Aide.
