Performance-Based Incentives: A Boost for Hourly Workers

In a remarkable effort to reward and motivate their team, Llink Technologies has implemented a performance-based incentive program for their hourly workers. This program, occurring every four months, allows employees to earn up to an additional $2.00 per hour. After the first 90 days, any hourly employee is eligible for this incentive, potentially increasing their earnings to between $17 and $19 per hour once they become permanent employees. This initiative not only boosts morale but also underscores Llink Technologies’ commitment to recognizing and valuing the hard work of their staff.

Pioneers in Sustainability: Re-X Before Recycling Prize Winner

Llink Technologies recently shared exciting news on their LinkedIn page: they have been named a winner of Phase 1 of the Re-X Before Recycling Prize. This three-phase competition, launched by the Department of Energy’s Advanced Materials and Manufacturing Technologies Office, aims to promote innovative methods to extend the useful life of products through reusing, repairing, refurbishing, remanufacturing, or repurposing before recycling.

As the only Michigan-based winner of the competition, Llink Technologies is making significant contributions to the sustainability efforts within the state’s automotive industry. Their unique headlamp remanufacturing program has been recognized for supporting the United States’ transition to a circular economy. This program not only reduces waste but also highlights the ingenuity and forward-thinking approach of Llink Technologies.
