Families And Children Together (FACT)
Families And Children Together (FACT) is a local nonprofit serving families in Genesee and Saginaw counties. FACT helps families connect with support before challenges grow into a crisis. Through our Community Support Hubs, outreach events, and partner programs, we work alongside families to build stability, strengthen relationships, and access resources close to home.
Our team provides prevention-focused support, resource connection, family engagement, and community outreach for families. We also work closely with schools, service providers, healthcare partners, and local organizations to help families find practical support when they need it.
FACT is looking for team members who care about children and families, communicate well, and have a deep knowledge of the community-based work that can make a real difference in our region.
FACT is hiring for three full-time positions:
- Education Liaison supports youth, schools, caregivers, case managers, and community partners to improve educational outcomes in Genesee County., Community Resource Specialist, and Provider Services Coordinator.
- Community Resource Specialist works with families in Saginaw and Genesee Counties to assess needs, connect them with local resources, support service plans, and help families navigate community systems.
- Provider Services Coordinator works in Saginaw and Genesee Counties to build and maintain relationships with behavioral health, physical health, and specialty care providers. This role also supports provider education, network development, and contract-related follow-up.
Ideal candidates should have strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and follow-through skills. Salaries are available upon request.

The role of the Genesee County Friend of the Court office is to serve the Court by administering and enforcing the Court’s orders. Our purpose is to engage with families and help them navigate the system. Our office serves the community through education about the family court system and child support program. We assist the second chance citizens and all clients by identifying services our office can provide and connecting them to resources outside our office and in this community.
