Rapid Response

Rapid ResponseRapid Response is an early intervention service offered to workers affected by major layoffs and plant closings. The goal of the program is to transition workers into re-employment as quickly as possible. Rapid Response orientation sessions are conducted to introduce workers to the re-employment, retraining and support services to which they are entitled.

Rapid Response is a coordinated effort of GST Michigan Works!, Michigan Workforce Development Agency(WDA) and the Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency(UIA) in collaboration with the United Way.
