This is not a membership organization, but an open invitation to all business/community leaders or aspiring leaders to share their ideas, challenges, and concerns. It will be an opportunity to discover common issues, develop solutions, advance in leadership ability or business acumen, and create new connections.

Experienced Facilitator Miche Rayment will continue to lead us through an exploration process to discover common challenges and develop innovative solutions. Please join us, as we take a deep dive into what strategy is and begin strategic planning around our first systemic issue to attract and retain talent for area employers.
