Going Pro Talent Fund Helps Business Provide Classroom Training

Our small town community is a blessing as well as a curse. The blessing is we get to know the community and help make an impact in where we live. The down side of a small community is getting the talent that we need to run a successful business.

Partnering with GST Michigan Works! and the Go Pro Talent Fund has made it possible to attract the talent that is needed to make a difference in Tower International’s training needs as well as our colleague’s lives. The apprentices not only received in classroom training at Delta College, they also were able to get the one on one with an experienced Journeyman to help them succeed at Tower International. The funding helps to bring the talent that is needed. It also offers the colleague a decent wage that allows their family the opportunity to live in a great area.
