H&H Tool Going Pro Success!

Thanks to Michigan Works 2019 Going Pro Grantm H&H Tool was able to offer additional training to 15 of our current employees to help each and every one of them advance their career in one way or another. Some of the training courses that we were able to send our employees to included; LabVIEW Machine Vision, Achieving Supervisory Skills, Advanced Fundamentals & Brazing by Design, Measurement System Analysis, Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FEMA) MiniTabm and Supervisory Leadership. Many of these training sessions enabled H&H Tool to improve our process and increase efficiency by giving the employee the resources to gain knowledge and further their careers without our industry.

Thanks to the Supervisory Leadership training program we were able to provide proper training to 2 Machine Operators and offer them Team Lead roles which was a promotion for both gentlemen. This was amazing to see the growth and confidence within both, They are continuing to develop their careers, and are very grateful for the opportunity that was presented to them.

Other success stories include 4 members of our Quality team that were able to take additional training to advance their knowledge within their quality role. This knowledge was truly a blessing to understand the process and help assist getting H&H Tool through our IATF 16949 Quality audit.

Here at H&H Tool, we full recognize the importance of continuous training and advancement without our industry. We are incredibly grateful and appreciative for Michigan Works! 2019 Going Pro grant to help us further our ongoing training program. Those employees that received advanced training have truly recognized the value the training has offered them as an individual and within their career.
