Burton - Adaptive Manufacturing Solutions hired Joel Dickey and developed an On-The-Job Training agreement for CNC machining and quality control. AMS has multiple government contracts yearly, primarily in CNC machining and tooling. Joel relocated from Florida to Michigan and was able to receive some supportive services while transitioning to his new job. He successfully completed training at AMS. Laurie Moncrieff said, “I appreciate all the work GST Michigan Works! does for Adaptive Manufacturing Solutions.” Her goal is to use the wage reimbursement to purchase new equipment and continue to train her existing employees.
