From Machinist to Truck Driver
Tyler came to our office with a clear goal in mind: to build a better future for himself and his child by transitioning from his role as a machinist to a career in truck driving.
Recognizing both the financial and logistical challenges of making such a significant career change, we were able to assist Tyler with tuition, drug testing, and licensing/testing fees to help make his goals more attainable.
Tyler began training in January and completed it in May 2025. With hard work and commitment, he gained the skills and certification needed to start a new chapter in his professional life.
Tyler officially began working full-time as a Truck Driver and Soil Sampler with Cooperative Elevator. He is now working 55 hours a week, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to his new career.
We are proud to have played a part in his journey and wish him continued success on the road ahead.
