GST Michigan Works! Partnership Demonstrates Strong Workforce Impact

October 2025, the partnership between Fessler & Bowman and GST Michigan Works! continued to demonstrate strong workforce impact. On October 22, 2025, Fessler & Bowman participated as both an exhibitor and sponsor at MiCareerQuest East 2025 at the Dort Event Center, engaging 2,176 students from 52 school districts. Through hands-on demonstrations, heavy equipment simulators, and interactive displays, the company showcased career opportunities in the skilled trades and helped inspire the next generation of construction professionals.

The following day, October 23, 2025, GST Michigan Works! delivered a reimbursement check totaling $494,891.61 from Fessler & Bowman’s FY25 Going PRO Talent Fund Award. This investment supported the training of 254 employees, including 108 skilled trade apprentices and 146 non-apprentices, strengthening workforce skills and supporting long-term organizational growth.

President & CEO Jim Malenich expressed appreciation for the partnership, noting that the Going PRO Talent Fund support received through GST Michigan Works! has been instrumental in advancing employee development and sustaining meaningful workforce growth.
